*Warning: Sentimental Rambling*
I miss my red hair but I do not miss my puffy cheeks, the excess chins, or the incredibly sad look that rests in the girl on the lefts eyes.
While the change in my appearance isn’t something that is incredibly important to me, because I was beautiful either way, I enjoy placing pictures of ‘then-Brynn’ and ‘now-Brynn’ beside one another because the contrast is astounding. That sounds seriously cocky— but I look at photos of me from a year ago and I have to frown because, despite my lame attempts at something that resembles a smile, I was considerably forlorn.
Now, in the simplest words, I am happy. Not because I’ve lost weight but because I’ve discovered how awesome, strong, and resilient I actually am.

This is my motivation-bracelet.
For each 5kg lost, I´ll put a charm on my bracelet.
An half year ago I had 3 charms, but I gained weight :(
So I had just one charm on my bracelet when I restarted my healthy life style.
But today I went on the scale and WOOHOO, I can put the second charm back on! (The key to success)
I am down to 112.8kg again! When I started this week I was at 115.4kg. And that makes a total of 10kg lost again (since july 2011)
When I´m down to 108kg, I´ll get my third charm back. And when I´m down to 103kg, I can go and buy my fourth charm! Yay! I can do this!!!!

Since I hit 120 today I decided to do a new comparison photo! (45 pound difference in this one). I’ve lost 65 pounds total since last June! All it took was healthy eating, exercise and always loving and appreciating my body no matter how it looked at the moment. This is the most rewarding experience I’ve ever been through in my life. I still have a ways to go (Working on abs) but I can’t believe how close I am to my goal. Next month will be 1 year since I started my journey!
